Q: How often are designs released?
A: Currently, they are released every 6 weeks on Wednesdays

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: As of right now I am not able to accept any commissions but I hope to do so in the future.  The best way to find out when commissions will open is to join our Discord server.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For notepads, bookmarks, stickers, sticker sheets, and art prints they are mailed out within in 2 days of receiving the order and can take up to 2 weeks via the USPS. 

The clothing, phone cases, tote bags, and note books are all made to order and can take up to two weeks to make and ship out, then another two weeks to make it to you depending on what shipping service you chose at checkout.  When ordering these items make sure to plan ahead.

Q: How long does it take for out of stock items to be restocked?
A: With the print on demand items, we have no control over the stock of those items but Printful is usually good about items going back into stock within a week.  The other items are made out of our home by one person currently, so it could take up to a week to see items come back into stock.

Q: Who makes your products?
A: The bookmarks, notepads, and sticker sheets are all designed and made in house by Jenn using the artwork Aurora draws. 

All current die cut vinyl stickers are made by Sticker Giant.  Although, we still have leftover stickers from our earlier designs made by Sticker Mule that we are phasing out.

Our amazing art prints are done by CatPrint.com

Then the rest of our products are made on demand items created by Printful.
